Brian is a very responsive, considerate host. The condo is absolutely charming, with beautiful views from the balcony. Bummz Beach Cafe is right next door, its a fun spot to grab some drinks and apps. Great location. Perfect walking distance from all the bars/restaurants, shops, and sky wheel. This condo is located in The Camelot by The Sea. The management/ HOA there needs to enforce the No Smoking policy. They don’t seem to be very involved with the concerns of the hosts, who privately own these units…which was a bit disappointing.

This was a nicely decorated and comfortable condo! They were very thoughtful in the things provided for the guest experience, like coffee pods and a well-equipped kitchen! The view from the balcony was breath-taking, and the location is perfect!!

This was the perfect place for our end of summer trip! The property was exactly as described and we felt at home and comfortable. The beach is steps away and the sunrises are gorgeous! The specific condo was really nice. The beds are very comfy. Loved the full size Keurig with pot option in the fully functioning kitchen. The view is magnificent. Parking is very convenient. Brian (the host) was very responsive to messages. The Camelot by the Sea Building managers should require and/or enforce standards. The room directly off the elevator we used looked awful from the outside not giving a very good impression of building cleanliness. There was the smell of pot when we went out to use our balcony several nights of our stay which was disgusting when you’re out there to enjoy the view. (my opinion). The Tiki Bar was not open which was a big disappointment. It is listed as an amenity to the building.

Nice place

The property was pretty clean but there were a couple of things that could have been better. I found a fork laying on the floor in the living room and the carpet seemed kind of dingy along with the baseboards. I was not told that I would have to pay 40 for an additional parking pass until I had already booked. I think that needs to be disclosed in the description.

The condo was just as described! It was very clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful and the location was conveniently close to the boardwalk and other attractions. I had a very nice stay and would recommend it!

I love the location of the condo. The view is perfect from the 17th floor. The rooms were comfortable, simple decor which we liked. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Poor communication and extra fees

When we arrived to the listing the carpet was wet throughout, we assumed the carpets had just been cleaned but after 2 days and the water still being wet we reached out to the lister to inform him. He then came over to the listing and told us that it must have been us that spilled something because nothing was leaking but not to worry about it because he dried it up using towels. Although the floor remained wet we checked out the following day so we let it go. We then got an added charge for the water on the floor and the dirty towels that were used to soak up the water… great area, nice place, quick response from lister but beware of extra charges for things that were not your fault.

Perfect little getaway

Brian’s condo was perfect for our stay in Myrtle Beach! The condo was clean and well kept. Brian was great with communication and answering any question I had immediately. I would highly recommend! We are looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful location

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean and well kept property! Check in process was easy. The sunrises were beautiful and we were close to so many places for shopping and dining. Love the on site coffee shop! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Brian!
