Centrally located in the highly sought after Shore Drive area, just a short walk to the Beach! From here, you'll be conveniently situated near Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Flip Flops Sports Bar and most importantly, the beach! You'll have your choice of supermarkets nearby. Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, the Famous Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage Dinner Theatre, Medieval Times & much more!

2 large spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. 2 spacious bathrooms, Inviting living room also has its own balcony overlooking the courtyard and outdoor pool. There is also a heated Indoor Pool with a Hot Tub.

BBQ areas and picnic tables in the courtyard near the gorgeous in ground pool.

I mean, communication was great. Not to keen on cockroaches, but apparently its a thing of the south. The smart lock didnt work at all and it took 30 minutes in sweltering heat to get the owner to respond. Which she did and saved the day. She was very communicative which i greatly appreciate. A few things to note for future bookings:The guest shower didnt have hot water.No toilet paper provided so BYOTP. Overall, for the price, it was just fine and served the purpose. Thank you!

Great place

This property was wonderful. It was just a block from the beach. I liked that it was not a huge complex. Unit was very nice. Was stocked fairly well with things we needed. This unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator so if you can’t do stairs probably not for you. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive to any questions.

Nice property close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was a good size for our family of 5. Very close to the beach (within walking distance) and the outdoor pool was nice. Just about everything we needed for the week! Christine was great with communication as well.

Great spot

Close enough to everything, but just far enough to not be so crowded and busy everywhere. Found a couple of nice little spots in the area we really enjoyed. Would stay here again. Christine was accommodating and good communication.

Beach trip

Very nice stay at the beach. Just about a block from the water. Easy access. Very quiet. Two pools on site. Easy access to restaurants from the house. On the third floor with no elevator, so be aware of that. Overall . . . One of the most relaxing trips we have had in a long time.

Ready for Fun!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, roomy, both outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub were not overcrowded. AC works great. TV has many channels. Family oriented location. Not rowdy. Love having a washer & dryer. Literally one and a half short blocks to beach. Beach toys and pools toys as well as beach chairs and a wheel pull cart to carry things are available for use. Regular coffee pot, not Keurig so bring proper coffee. Ice cream, restaurant and gift shop on corner. Short drive to food stores, Walmart, outlets, and about a million mini golf courses. Also walking distance to longest fishing pier. They rent everything needed. Condo is on third floor so if steps are an issue it is not for you. Very responsive owner. Loved this trip so much and highly recommend this property.

Great place for your vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very roomy and you’re close to the beach. If the weather isn’t as good you could still go to the indoor pool or use the hot tub. We loved the location. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Trip!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was very clean and comfortable. The property is a short walk to the beach (about a city block). There were plenty of amenities (beach chairs, toys, extra towels). Christine was very responsive and has clearly though of everything! It was a great week and we will be back!

Amazing location, great condo!

Condo was exactly as described, super clean and perfect for our family. Location was fantastic - close to the beach, but far enough that the crowds aren't on your doorstep. Christine was great, very responsive. Excellent place, would very much recommend.

Place was great and very clean. Walking distance to beach and there is an outdoor and an indoor pool and hot tub which the kids really enjoyed. Kitchen stocked with dishes/pots and pans, everything you need. Washer and dryer in unit which was very helpful. Beach toys/chairs provided. Overall great stay.

My Stay

My stay at summertree village condos was absolutely amazing! It was so beautifully decorated & had everything you could absolutely wish for! The property manager made sure we had everything we needed & called to check up on me & my family from time to time throughout our stay! I will most definitely be back very soon, thank you for such a awesome vacation!
