You’ll have full access to the entire condo, including both private balconies, as well as all of the amenities at the Patricia Grand Resort. The only space that isn’t accessible is a small, locked owner’s closet—we appreciate you leaving that undisturbed.

Welcome to The Salty Monkey—a dog-devoted, oceanview escape on the 15th floor of the pet-friendly Patricia Grand Resort. It’s a freshly renovated 1BR/1BA designed to feel easy the second you walk in (because vacation shouldn’t start with a scavenger hunt). 🐾🍌🌊

Two balconies. Two moods.
• Main balcony (oceanfront): big views, salty air, and prime “coffee + waves” territory.
• Bedroom balcony (city view): night lights, skyline vibes, and the Broadway at the Beach Ferris wheel doing its thing after dark.

Sleep setup (best for 2–4)
This space is most comfortable for up to 4 guests:
• King bed in the bedroom
• Full-size Murphy bed in the living room
• Queen sleeper sofa (available as an extra option)
• It can sleep more, but we’re keeping it real: 4 is the sweet spot for space and comfort.

Dog-friendly, actually
Bringing your pup shouldn’t feel like you’re sneaking them in. Here, dogs are genuinely welcome:
• Dog bowls, crate, bed, and toys
• Dog first aid kit + a few practical extras
• Furniture covers (because yes, dogs deserve the sofa too)

🐾 Dogs Welcome
Up to two small or medium dogs are welcome at The Salty Monkey. There are a few weight and breed restrictions due to building rules, so just reach out if you’d like to confirm before booking—we’re happy to help.

👶 About Children
Children are welcome, but please note the condo is not childproofed. We ask that parents keep a close eye on young children and anyone who might be tempted to turn the living room into a racetrack.

🔑 Easy Check-In
The Salty Monkey is a privately owned condo with a coded lock, so you can skip the front desk and head straight up. If anything doesn’t go smoothly when you arrive, contact us directly and we’ll take care of it.

🚗 Parking
Your stay includes two free parking passes in the garage across the street. Motorcycles are welcome with a pass. If you’re traveling with a very large vehicle, let us know ahead of time so we can help plan parking.

🌪️ Refunds & Travel Insurance
In the event of a mandatory evacuation, refunds will be issued for unused nights. We’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related delays or cancellations outside the evacuation area. For peace of mind—especially during hurricane season (June–November)—we strongly recommend travel insurance.
