The location and views were amazing. I wouldn’t call the property newly renovated though. There were some upgrades but the guest bathroom tub leaked the entire week we were there. It could not be turned off and the drain needed to be suctioned for the water to do down, even if you were taking a shower. There was also a strong musty odor and black mold/ dirt that is on some of the vents. We were there for a competition so we had been in multiple condos on the property visiting friends and none of them had the odor or vent discoloring that we had. The floor looked brand new, and the bathroom vanities were nice. There was definitely some detail work that was overlooked, however for the time we were actually in the property the views were more important.

This was our first trip to a warm beach ever! And nothing about this property and North Beach Vacations disappointed us. Traveling for a conference at the Hilton for me, my husband who is in school and studying during the trip, our handicapped adult son, his caregiver and our service dog -- having a place that is well equipped and easy to learn more makes my life so easy! The property was clean. The kitchen was well stocked (NB Vacations didn't know what was in the kitichen so let me share: coffee maker, Kureig, blender, most everything you need for cooking, and there is an ice maker). There was also a nice big fan to blow around the lovely air conditioning. You can close the metal doors on the balcony to keep it cool during the day as well. Only piece that was challenging was we were allowed 4 towels for 4 people for one week. So bring your own beach towels for sure and be ready to do a load of laundry. Coin laundry also takes cards. These Oregonians loved North Myrtle Beach. We would stay again!

I’ve been staying at the Arcadians for 10 years now. Never had a bad experience and can never ever think of staying anywhere else. What I will say about this room is that the only thing we weren’t really happy about was the toaster was old and cheap and the can opener was disgusting. Little things like that cost nothing to upgrades. We also couldn’t find a strainer for our pasta. Some people may not care because they eat out but when we come to the beach we love cooking and staying right in the beach. Other than that we had the best time and loved the room and the beds were comfortable. No brainer that we will be back.

Top of the List for Another Visit

We rented 3 condos in the same area, and this one was the best! It is beautifully updated and FULLY stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. The location is perfect, and the pool is clean! We'd definitely stay there again!

You get what you pay for. Third stay and by far worst stay at Arcadian. None of the problems that reviewers have told of have been fixed. Smallest queen size bed I have ever slept in. Commodes must be child sized. So small it’s difficult to do both 1 and 2 without peeing in floor. As mentioned by others shower curtain does not come all the way to the floor. Makes a wet mess. Broken chair in master. Both of the last two mentioned by other guests. TV in living room could be larger. I will not be renting 4C again.

Took daughter for her graduation present

We took my daughter bc it’s what she wanted as a graduation present. Everything was perfect. We all had a wonderful time. It was very clean. Security was great to talk to. And overall we will stay here again if possible.

Large balcony with perfect view!!!

Could not have had a better view of the beach. It was beautiful and with a large balcony. Construction going on all day on the floor above us. Only time we had peace is when they went to lunch. Again you will not find a better view.

Love the area

This is our third time staying at Arcadian & this was the best condo so far. It was updated nicely & most importantly it smelled good with no mildew smell like the others we’ve stayed in. The grounds & pool area is really clean & very nice. Only real negative I saw was the shower curtain in master is too short & floor gets soaked. Floor looks nice so I hope they get a longer curtain so it doesn’t get ruined.

Very Disappointing

String Mildew smell as soon as we opened door Carpet and floor told all wet from condensation, water dripping on bar from condensation from vent above, bathroom cabinet under sink nailed shut, wiped down our kitchen and then cleaning towel was filthy Much difficulty locking/unlocking front door and glass doors out to balcony hard to open, well the one we could finally open Have stayed at Arcadian for prob 6 years but never this experience

Place wasn't clean. Stains on walls- doors. Sand on floors. Had to request vacuum & I cleaned. Furniture in guest room falling apart. Drawers unusable. Kitchen counter tops taped down. Stains on couches. Construction in condo beside us. All day all week. Loud music blarring all day. Residents told us to definitely complain. Accommodation should be made
