    - Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Unauthorized guests will result in a $200/day fine per person and possible eviction.

Our second year with Wavecrest at Sands Ocean Club. Beyond expectations! Clean and spacious. We had a few minor issues (didn't really affect our stay) but messaged Wavecrest and they sent someone to correct it asap. We love this location bc kids can enjoy the pool while the adults can listen to the live music and drinks from Ocean Annie's on-site. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This oceanfront condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The location is excellent—right by the beach with beautiful ocean views. The space had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. We also really enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Check-in and parking were smooth and hassle-free.

This property has been renovated and is beautiful with excellent furnishings and necessities. The facility has many great amenities including entertainment and multiple restaurants as well as multiple pools and great views. The property was clean and the rental company was excellent to work with making check-in easy and communication available when needed. We enjoyed the condo as well as the view from both balconies. We look forward to renting this unit again in the near future. WaveCrest is an outstanding company to rent from as they provide great information on the property and the policies.

Nice place great location just small minor issues

Is a nice place with a lot of new appliances, dishes, etc. sheets beds, but the place was not 100% clean when we checked in and then it was very noisy outside and in the rooms adjoining you could hear people talkingOther than that it was a great place

Starting by saying the property mangement team did have a smooth process and responded to me fairly quickly. I never post poor reviews, have stayed at STRs all over the world and am also a host in my area - this is a property we couldn't even finish our stay at due to the condition of the building, common areas, issues with the unit and a very dangerous safety issue with the condo. We left our week stay early after a couple nights here and paid to stay somewhere else instead, and have not received a refund or any compensation from the owner/PM. There is a conjoining door (like some hotels have but with locks) that was a single door with one lower placed deadbolt between units with other people. The door was opened twice during out first two days and it was incredibly unsafe to have strangers access into our unit, especially because we have two young kids. The bed sheets had stains, there was a bug in the bed, the curtains had rips in them and the patio furniture was rusted and unusable. The biggest factor if you can believe it, was the dilapidated condition of the building, elevators, and the common areas, pools, etc. The mold and mildew smell, marijuana smell, and outdated musty condition of the building was unbearable for us. Finally, we didn't realize parking was not included in the price so we were charged an extra per day. We left after two days because this was not at all a relaxing, enjoyable or safe experience for my family.

A Place To Sleep

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not coming back- the room was not cleaned well before our arrival, had to leverage to get more towels, and horrible parking. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else. The only thing positive is that the room had many places to sleep- except for the disgustingly stained pull-out sofa bed mattress.
