This spacious 16th floor condo offers ocean views from the living room, bedroom an private balcony!
Cozy kitchen with a large granite counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable vacation. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants.

Fun times at the beach!!

The room was very clean and well kept. There was a problem with the A/C unit on the last day of our stay but the property managers arrived promptly with an HVAC tech and had the A/C back running within a few hours. GREAT people to work with.

Great Stay

This property is well maintained and safe. Security was a great feature and we appreciated it. The view from the unit was exceptional and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and beach. The fireworks on July 4th were awesome and could be seen from a good distance away, as well as right outside our complex.

Not the best place I’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach but far from the worst. The place was small, clean except for an old shower and tub and well priced. Pluses were the team on site and the management. First rate all around. Minuses? A teeny tiny balcony that was barely usable with no shade, a bath that could use some bleach and any mildew treatment and upgrades in kitchen equipment - barely serviceable.

Host was great and always very responsive. Older building but extremely clean. Took this trip alone and never felt uncomfortable. Always plenty of parking no matter when coming and going. Security was always visible.Location to the beach was excellent! Right out the resort area down to the beach. Would go back again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Jeff and Shelly for the bottle wine,Chocolate and all the little extras!!

The place was clean and well-kept overall. When we arrived, I did a bit of extra cleaning after noticing some hair and a used toothbrush case in the bathroom, but everything else was tidy and organized. The location right on the beach was fantastic. Jeff and his team were very responsive and attentive whenever we had questions or concerns. Just a heads-up: the unit is better suited for shorter stay, about a week, since only a limited supply of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and towels is provided. The building itself has a bit of a strange odor, possibly due to age, but the unit doesn’t smell bad. All in all, it was a great stay!

Wonderful stay

Everything was actually better than expected. It was very nice staying in a true one bedroom condo. It was not just a slightly larger hotel room as many MB condos are. There was even a bottle of wine and some chocolates that we really enjoyed.

Nice getaway

Property was clean and spacious; loved sitting out on the balcony with wonderful ocean view. Easy access to the beach and enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend beach towels if you prefer them but everything else available. Nice restaurants and shops in the area

Myrtle Beach is my favorite state side place to visit. This was my Fiancé's first time. The Unit was just as the pictures. I was concerned about the ocean view as it was questionable from the pictures. You have a view of the Ocean from the living room, dining table, and bedroom which was a must for me. Shelly & Scott were so amazing. They made sure they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I will stay wherever Shelly and Scott are hosting. This unit is amazing. The building overall is older, but our floor was very quiet and have real owners that live their on it.

Clean but needs some updates.

The unit was clean and ready early. But overall it needs just a little TLC. Furniture is old and poor quality. Couch pillows were threadbare. We reported the fitted sheets would not stay on the corners. They were not exchanged. We asked for extra set of towels as you bathe several times a day at the beach and although they said there was an extra set on the premises we found one extra small towel and three hand towels. The bathroom drain did not work. Drawers in dressers fell out easily. A very cheap shower curtain. Foot stools or coffee table would have been appreciated. For the price I would expect a little better condition. I did appreciate that there were coffee filters and even coffee. I was grateful for the roll of paper towels and dish detergent. The highrise itself was basic but clean. Pools were in good shape and the hot tubs were in good use. Yes, sometimes we had to wait fairly long for the elevator. But we appreciated the free parking and always found a spot.

Great Ocean Front Condo

This is a great property! Accurate listing, in a very nice resort. The pools were great! Property was well kept and clean. The convenience of beach access, including a shower and hose for your return, was a huge plus. Property manager responded quickly to questions. We enjoy our stay in Myrtle Beach, and hope to return soon!

Perfect for extended stays has all the essentials

Well maintained properly with a Beautiful ocean view. We had an extended stay here and everything was well stocked including linens, kitchen/cooking supplies, beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The property managers were very responsive and addressed any needs we had. It's a quiet building which is rare to find, we appreciated how we couldn't hear our neighbors. Great location and beach front access as well as Beautiful pool landscaping.

Convenient condo with everything you'll need!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach so we wanted to make sure we got as close to the water as possible... the condo did not disappoint! It was merely steps from the ocean and stocked with chairs, umbrella, and toys. While we weren't on the beach, we were able to cook ourselves food in the spacious and well-supplied kitchen. Parking is free which is also a plus, and there are many restaurants and activities within walking distance. It's worth mentioning that the building itself is a high-rise, about 20 floors tall. The elevator and lobby can be busy at times, which we did find to be a bit bothersome. But the cleanliness and comfort of the room outweighed this slight negative.
