About the condo:
This is a large 2 bedroom /2bathroom with 2 private large balconies on the the 7th floor with a direct ocean at the beautiful Bay View Resort!!!

Key Highlights:

Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.

This is a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom direct Oceanfront. The master has a king bed. The master also has a small kitchen and private balcony on the ocean. it also have a door to the outside hallway for more privacy. The second bedroom has 2 double bed. There is also a large size washer and dryer closet in this hallway. This unit has a large Kitchen with the full size fridge, stove, microwave, many cabinets and granite counter tops. The large living room with a large balcony on the Ocean with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. There is free WiFi, a TVs in each bedrooms and TV in the living room.

Bay View is one of the newest luxury oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, located right in the heart of all the action that Myrtle Beach is known for. Bay View boasts amazing amenities not found in your typical beach resort like an indoor/outdoor pool, spas, a lazy river, kiddie pools and more! This oceanfront condo come with designer furnishings, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and beautiful bedding and drapery. this unit have free wireless WiFi Internet. There’s also a Starbucks located on the first floor of the resort, which is just great! And the resort is only a few blocks from the NEW Freestyle Amusement Park.

The Bayview Resort has an indoor oceanfront pool, Lazy River, hot tub, a kiddie pool with a water fountain, an outdoor splash pad feature and an onsite fitness room. The pools are heated during the off season and can be closed off from the elements to enjoy year round.

About the area:
The Bay View Resort is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the heart of Myrtle Beach, right on the boardwalk, two miles south of Broadway at the Beach, and close to many area attractions; including, Family Adventure Amusement Park, NASCAR Speed Park, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many many many other entertainment and attractions!!

You must be 25 years old to reserve this unit.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

Great space and well stocked kitchen. Location is hard to beat and nice, covered parking nearby was included. Host were attentive and responsive to questions. View from the two balconies can't be beat! If we return for another visit, we will try to book again!

The condo was great right on the beach. I would have liked to keep both balcony doors open and get some fresh air and hear the waves. The balcony door in the living room was very hard to open. Hopefully it will be fixed. Other then that the condo was clean and I would recommend.

The location was great. The boardwalk was easy access. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The managers of the VRBO were very nice and helpful. There was just a couple of minor things that could be fixed easily. There was very little water pressure in the shower of the King room. The closet door in the King room did not want to stay on the track. The dryer vent needs to be replaced. The microwave worked but the timer numbers for the minutes did not show up. And there needs to be better security on the inside of the rooms, like better deadbolts. I know this sounds picky but they really need to be fixed. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.

Bad 1st Impression

CHECK IN: Issue # 1: Directions provided by email indicated that upon arrival “you are to park your car in front of the building and go directly to your unit”. This can't be done as the plastic key cards, which are in the room, are your access to the building and garage. Issue # 2: Directions provided by email indicated that upon arrival “Plastic key cards for access to the common door , parking garage and other amenities will be in the unit.” There were only two keys in the unit. As there were three adults staying in the unit this required additional coordination when leaving the unit. When we asked the registration staff about an additional key, they indicated that it was the owner's responsibility. Issue # 3: Directions provided by email indicated that upon arrival “you are to park your car in front of the building and go directly to your unit”. There are about 8 spaces to support over 200 rooms. At peak times executing this parking requirement is extremely difficult if not impossible. As this situation can't easily be changed, renters should at least be warned. Issue # 4: Directions provided by email indicated that “ You must move your car into the garage after you unload and park anywhere in the garage '. This is not true as part of the garage is used by Homewood Suites and they have valet parking marked off on nearly every floor. The Homewood Suite valet employees claim not only the marked spots but also adjacent unmarked spots and they expect every

Not for me

Since the weather decided on acting up via tropical rain storm we had to stay indoors and try to have fun in our room and indoor pool. The indoor hot tube was not hot at all and the mattresses on these beds were terrible. I was not able to get a good night sleep at all. On of the rooms was not getting any of the air conditioning.
