  • Nuestro condominio cuenta con TV de pantalla plana, muebles de cuero, camas nuevas, pintura fresca, nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y más. Nuestra terraza con vistas a la piscina, pero está muy bien aislado de árboles de arce de la vida privada. Estar en el tercer piso ofrece una cubierta más amplias y condominio. Excelente ubicación en el popular restaurante Row. El condominio se encuentra a sólo 3 millas de Barefoot Landing, 2 millas al Outlet Shopping, 1 milla a Calabash buffets y dentro de los pasos a Ocean Annie, Finn McCools, Biminis, Chanclas y Harry los Sombreros. Le encantará la ubicación y nuestras actualizaciones!

Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen was well appointed. Laundry was a nice addition. Check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was very prompt. A/C stayed nice and cool, even during the heat wave. We enjoyed ourselves here. Would stay again.

For the most part stay was good, great location. Condo itself was clean, except rugs in bathrooms need cleaning, and mattress in master sinks on one side, pillows are very flat. Carpet on balcony showing torn/worn out places.

Fall Golf Tournament

The condo is in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to several beaches. It is also situated within minutes of some outstanding restaurants and shopping outlets.

Loved the place. It was quiet and we enjoy the short walk to the beach. All the entertainment we went to was within 15 minute drive.

Clean. Easy Check-in. Covered parking. Walkable to the beach. Nice pool view. The unit gets lots of natural light with an uncovered deck that faces south and a side window in the dining room. Sufficient cooking supplies in the kitchen. Yes there are a lot of stairs, but the benefit is no one is above you. Some ambient noise due to proximity to the pool and street. (I brought a noise machine with me to drown it out.) Would happily stay there again.

No ocean view due to trees, long walk to beach including beach front work making a beach a waste of time. Rude Horry county ticketing too easy and metered parking is limited. what a waste spending most of our vacation JUST finding parking.

Quiet Corner Unit!

We stayed for the month of February. It was absolutely peaceful and a beautiful view every morning off the balcony! The home was clean and well stocked! Brad was easy to reach and communicative! Never have I enjoyed a place so much! Just a short walk to the beach, minutes away from anywhere you need to be. Location is perfect!

Nice condo with all the amenities

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this condo. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. All the appliances were working and the utensils were available so it was very easy to whip up a quick breakfast. There are good places for breakfast nearby. The two full baths made it so much better for both our families. Will definitely rent this place again if we decide to visit Myrtle beach in future.

Nice stay overall.

We enjoyed the balcony. Sunny all day. Only problem were the stairs to the third floor. Being older we would prefer lower level.

Needs updating

Closets full and not useable. Was not told we needed toilet paper or paper towels. Fry pans need to be replace. Nothing in outside closet was of any use just look like a junk pile. Dining room shutter is broken.

The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach from the condo. Super peaceful. The residents of the condo were very friendly. The owner of the unit was very responsive to any questions we had.

A quick walk to the beach

A quick walk to the beach. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and make coffee. I guess the only complaint was how very loud the dryer was and how it took forever to dry clothes. We would definitely return. 😃
