Summary:

This first floor, no stairs required, condo is located near the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is approximately 1/2 mile to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from the ocean, shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: No stairs required - 1st floor unit! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to large screened in patio via back doors.



Bedroom 1: 1 king bed. Access to a private (separate) screened in porch!



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Tub/shower combo.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.



Bathroom 2: Stand up shower.



Patio: Spacious! Overlooks a complex pool.



Washer/Dryer: Private - in unit!



Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun decks, and a picnic area - all while being just a short walk to the beach.



Beach: Walk out of the community and turn left, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles down to our beautiful beach. The condo has a few beach toys and chairs for your use.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub/grilling).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens on the first Tuesday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
