Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 336! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has furniture, electronics, and appliances, and is located is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach with an outdoor community pool.

This rental features:
--Bedroom #1: sleek contemporary furnishings, a king bed with a tempurpedic mattress and pillows, a computer desk, and a 32”HD flat screen TV with Roku.
--Bedroom #2: two full size beds and a 32”HD flat screen TV with Roku.
--Living room: traditional furnishings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for five plus a dining table with seating for four and a flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix and a DVD player
--Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, additional seating for two at the counter and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.
--Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs
--High speed Wifi access
--Linens and towers, laundry and dryer
--Backyard with patio with a gas grill and table/chairs
--Private community pool 50 feet away in front of the cottage
--Free parking in front of the cottage

Relax on the back patio with seating for 6 and a gas grill to cook up burgers and steaks. Enjoy the manicured lush landscaped greens and on warm days plunge into the refreshing outdoor community swimming pool.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Gulfstream Cottages 336 Snorkel offers the ideal location for a seaside getaway.

We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in the same neighborhood, and multiple direct oceanfront 1- and 2-bedroom condos next to Boardwalk. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.

Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animals. $300 refundable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

We had a great long weekend at this spot! There were four of us (two adults and two kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were super comfy and I say this because I have been to several places that were not so it’s a worth a mention for me :-D The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the kids loved the pool. There was also a mini golf place just a 2 minute walk, restaurants and entertainment all around. I would definitely come back here.

PERFECT LOCATION!

This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in terms of where we stay. It was two blocks from the beach with access to public parking, it was only a few blocks from the neighborhood market so we could pop over really quickly if we needed something, only minutes from Family Kingdom area and much more. But it felt just like we were at home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be staying in this location again!

Great location, nice house, disappointing furnishings

King bed way too low, lumpy, no support. The full size beds in the second bedroom firmer and more comfortable, but we had to dig through the pillows to find enough that weren’t as lumpy as the king bed. My wife was disappointed with the kitchen furnishings and utensils. Had 2 can openers: one broken and the other difficult to use. No lid for the blender. Would benefit from a guide to what is kept where. The tv in the living room was run through a DVD player and the owner had to send his cleaner to show us where to aim the Roku remote. There was no light over the eat in kitchen table, and one of the wings of the table would not go fully upright. More kitchen specific towels. And the dryer was full of last weeks linens.

Be careful!

The list of issues is too long to detail but I'll name a few - roaches, dishwasher problems which were not fixed while we were there despite request, silverware drawer was filthy - had to remove entire contents, including the tray and clean everything, shower curtain liner was full of mold and mildew (this was replaced during our stay but not with a liner - another dirty shower curtain), the sofa was horrible - I refused to sit on it the whole week....the list goes on. I requested that we be reimbursed for the cleaning portion of our rent. This was not acknowledged. We realize that beach houses are not perfect, but this was a complete disappointment.

My family and I had lots of fun. Very short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes walk, which I loved. A little disappointed that we were not able to use the pool, for some reason it was closed, but other than that, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Family Vacation

We had a very pleasant time at this property. Easy to get to tourist locations, and having a close Walmart was helpful. The pool was smaller than we thought it would be, but it served its purpose of cooling us off.

Wonderful

This was an amazing place. The house was clean, had a washer and dryer and everything you need for your trip. The pool was right across the street and the Beach was 2 blocks down. It was easy to get to and a walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again if we come down next year.

Great Cottage and we enjoyed our stay

The cottage was great and enjoyed our vacation at Myrtle Beach. This is our 2nd time going to Myrtle Beach and staying at Frank's (Feng) property. We loved the house was basically 2-3 blocks from the beach. Frank was easy to get hold of and communicated quickly with our questions. Definitely will stay here again in a couple years.

Cleaning service wasn’t good.. I had to remop the floors.. They were sticky !! Needs new carpet!! Outdoor furniture chairs needs to be thrown away can’t even sit in them only 2 .. The property has potential but needs updating!!

Not aestically pleasing

The cottage is in a quiet community, conveniently located by Wal-Mart, the beach and the main drag. We had more than enough room for two people. The price was reasonable for a week long stay, similar to hotels in the area. The cottage has alot of potential, but has seriously fallen flat. Upon walking in, you get the feeling that the cleaning company did the bare minimum, like a surface clean and not a deep thorough clean. The floor felt sticky, and carpet was heavily stained and not really vacuumed. All of the floor mats are dingy and need to be replaced. We immediately washed the bed linen and all the towels, and dishes before using them all though they appeared clean. The patio had a broken box spring on it and the grill was unusable as someone had put charcoal in the propane heated grill. The owner was contacted about the box spring, and the floors. He responded promptly. The cleaning company came that same day to remove the box spring, which they just threw on the side of the road. They did nothing about the floors. The front of the of the silverware drawer fell off just by shutting it and had to be put back on 3 times. The owner was only contacted the one time as we were trying to enjoy our vacation and we didn't want the hassle of dealing with the cleaning company everytime we found something wrong. We just made do. The place would be so much nicer if the owner just put in a bit more effort. Touch up paint, professionally steam cleaning the carpet, replacing the floor mats, and fixing the cabinets would really make a difference.

We liked the area some of the doors had holes in them, All of the blankets on the beds were nasty, The stove had to be cleaned before we could us it , The chairs outside were falling apart so we could not use them, I took pictures of the place and there is not a place to send them to you
