The Space:

Waves roll in just beyond the windows, filling the space with shifting light and the steady rhythm of the shoreline. From high above the beach, you can watch the coastline stretch north and south while the ocean remains the constant backdrop to your stay. Whether you’re easing into the day or winding down in the evening, the view is always front and center.



The space

Located on the 11th floor of the Maisons Sur Mer resort, this entire condo offers an oceanfront setting designed for comfort and ease. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, while the open living area gives you space to relax, gather, and enjoy the scenery together. The living room includes a TV and seating arranged to take in the view, making it just as inviting for quiet nights in as it is for laid-back afternoons.



Outdoor living

Two private balconies extend your living space outdoors. One opens from the main living area, a natural spot to sit with a drink and watch the water change color throughout the day. The second balcony connects to the bedrooms, offering a quieter retreat with the same uninterrupted beach and ocean views.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and its own ocean view. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to make settling in easy after full days by the water.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen supports everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. Full-sized appliances, a dishwasher, and a dining table make it easy to keep meals relaxed and unhurried. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or beach-filled days.



Resort amenities

As a guest, you have access to the resort’s shared amenities, including a heated oceanfront pool, a seasonal TIKI bar, kiddie pools, a game room, sauna, on-site dining, and a cocktail lounge. Free parking on the premises, elevator access, and 24/7 security contribute to a smooth and comfortable stay, while shared beach access puts the sand just steps away.



Location

Set on Myrtle Beach’s north end, the condo places you close to live music spots like Ocean Annie’s and within easy reach of attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, shopping, golf courses, and a wide range of restaurants. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, making this a flexible option whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended coastal stay.

This rental includes the entire area in addition to building amenities. Make yourself at home, please.

The Neighborhood:

Enjoy live music by the ocean and a fantastic ambiance in this conveniently located location that is only a short stroll from Ocean Annies! Only a short drive from Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.



Getting Around:

Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. And there's Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This room does not allow smoking. There are specific spots outside the resort where smoking is permitted. Only smoke in these places and these areas only. Do not smoke on the balcony or in the unit.



This is not a hotel room; it's a condo that the owner owns. Treat this like you would your own house. Although nobody is always on-site, we will try our best to address any issues as soon as they come up.



Kindly ensure you review the resort's guidelines, the resort's Accommodations Policy, and the guest handout pertaining to Service Animals (SAs) and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).
