Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage dinner show and many, many other activities nearby. One of the largest three bedroom condos on the Grand Strand. With 1600 sq. ft., there is lots of space your things and your children's toys. Enjoy your complimentary tea or coffee On the large back porch overlooking the lake and a grill just below you. Just a mile from the beach and 7 pools to choose from, everything you need is right here. We didn't forget about you golfers. Lots of golf courses close by. Great restaurants and bars close by to enjoy your favorite sports teams on TV while sipping a cold one. Plenty of room to keep your clubs and room for your favorite foursome. Also for your convenience you can have up to 3 payment 1st Payment at booking, 2nd payment 60 days before your stay, 3rd and final payment 30 days before your stay. The place was overall very nice. We had no issues, but as a mom, I was worried about the bathtub being so difficult to get in and out of (dangerous even for adults). There was mold on the shower curtain, so I didn’t feel confident to let my little one take a bath. For the price, it was ok. Overall clean and in great shape!

Condo met all our needs and more. Very quiet and friendly. We were there for an athletic event. It was nice to go back to condo and experience a quiet and relaxing atmosphere allowing for well rested body mind and spirit. Herbert, manager was extremely attentive and quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend.

The host provided timely and polite responses to our questions. He even checked on our stay midway through! The property was amazing! Perfectly suited our needs! One of the cleanest condos we've stayed at. The complex was very nice as well; very quiet! It was almost like we were the only ones in the building. This is definitely a property that I will be marking for a return trip!Thank you!!!

We were there to golf, so having the two courses on site proved very beneficial. We did not use the pool facilities, and were disappointed that access to the hot tub was not included. The layout of the bedrooms and proximity to the smaller bathroom could have been better, but overall, the unit worked.

This was our second time staying at this property. Mr Pyke was in contact the whole time since we booked. It is clean has many amenities and it’s safe. Our kids love this location and all the different pools. Can’t wait for state number three.

Great Place to Stay

The condo is centrally located to most all of the attractions.We found the place to be clean and comfortable. I was so happy to see they had coffee, paper towels, etc. If I had to look hard to find something to not rate 5 star, it would be the condition of the bathmats (large holes in them) and the condition of the blankets that were stored in the closets. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Very nice condo

I have stayed at Herbert‘s properties a few times and everyone has been clean and well stocked. This condo is situated very close to everything that we need and we always enjoy staying here. It’s nice and quiet so you don’t get the chaos of the beach and so it feels like a bit of a retreat.

Home away from home

The location is perfect. It’s easy to reach all the destinations we wanted within Myrtle Beach pretty quickly. We’ve stayed in this condo before and would again. The owner communicated well and in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to make a home cooked meal. The little extras like K-cups and laundry detergent were very appreciated.
