Welcome to our Beach House! Happily named Deja Blue. Brand new just finished June 2020. New Furniture, Electronics , appliances, everything is new . It is one block from the Beach & Ocean Blvd
Our rental features
-Bedroom #1 Queen Bed, 55" Smart TV
-Bedroom #2 2 Queen beds, 55" Smart TV
-Living room: Beach style furnishings with Queen sleeper sofa, board games,65" Smart TV
The space
-Fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker etc -Linens & towels & washer & dryer -Covered & screened in rear porch with outdoor furniture - BBQ grill & picnic table -grass common area with beautiful live oak tree -Beach chairs & umbrella -Free parking pass for Downtown/Family Kingdom(parking is $12-$20 in these areas) -This house is on a lot that is shared by our other house. You must respect other house & the other house guests when in common area. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Two friends own this house. The idea was to create a fun place for friends & family to gather & enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We know you will appreciate the built in extras this house has to offer. The parking pass will save you money in the paid parking areas of Myrtle Beach. Vacations are expensive, it's nice to have a night to play board games & BBQ vs going out every night. Don't worry about renting or buying beach chairs or an umbrella we have them for you. The rear porch is the focal point of the house, very relaxing & great place to gather.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor yard space was great for dogs, we picked up poop and it looked like most guests did the same. It was nicevto be able to walk them close by early in the morning or at night. We rook longer walks during the day. Short, 1 block walk to the beach was nice too!

house needs some work. stove should have been replaced a few years ago. Microwave has rust on the inside and should be replaced. Base boards need replacing in living/dining room - bathrooms and bedrooms. We were unable to watch any local news since TV was not set up for it. Hot water heater gave only warm not hot water. House needs good cleaning.

Great communication with owner and check in process was super easy. The house is new and smells amazing! Loved the hot tub and how close we were to the beach.

The house is pretty clean and fairly well equipped for your cooking needs. Could have used a larger saucepan but we had brought one with us so no big deal. No gas grill but they have a small charcoal grill like you would find at a park. The proximity to the beach is great as well as the fact that the property is pet friendly. Our dog loved playing ball in the yard. I don’t know Myrtle Beach that well but the area around the home is run down and dirty. There is an abandoned house literally across the street. Within the first day or two we experienced two people come off the street and onto the property to ask for money. We also witnessed a guy get arrested on the road right in front of the property and vomit everywhere. The house is good but the surrounding area is not so much.

Very Satisfied, beautiful house

Our stay was great! Very accommodating to my family of 8 + our furry teenage pup lol. Adam was attentive, house was clean and fully equipped with beach necessities for adults and kids. We were able to walk to and from the beach everyday with our kids, ages 2-11, did not have to worry about parking. We were very content with our stay.

The house in Myrtle Beach was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located near stores and the beach. The best part was the owner accepted dogs so I was able to bring my furry child. Will definitely visit again.

Overall this was a very nuce place to stay.. we had no issues and check in was easy, we came for bike week and they helped out with trailer parking... location was easy and right in the middle of everything so it worked out well.
