* Four rocking chairs on the 24' balcony (replaced wood rockers with weatherproof rockers 2/2023)

Our goal is to provide you with all of the comforts of home enabling you to focus on spending time with your friends and family at the beach. Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a collection of board games. In addition, we provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your convenience.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom, and completely unobstructed views of the sandy beach looking both north and south from the 24 foot balcony. You won't have views like this from the lower floors in the building.

We purchased our condo in February of 2010 and look forward to sharing our dream vacation home with you and your family and friends for many years to come. Our hope is that you will enjoy the time you spend in our condo so much that you return year in and year out - our absolute goal is to earn your repeat business!!

The Grand Atlantic is conveniently located in Myrtle Beach and is less than 3 miles from The Market Common - a 114 acre urban village community with shopping, dining (PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch Brewery and Travinia Italian Kitchen) and entertainment (Grande 14 Cinema). The Grand Atlantic is also less than 5 miles from Broadway at the Beach, approximately 1/2 of a mile from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and approximately 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.

All pools and outdoor spaces were completely renovated Spring/Summer 2025. Amenities within the Grand Atlantic include an indoor 170 foot lazy river, an indoor pool and kiddie pool with mushroom falls (pools fully enclosed from Nov. through late spring), an indoor hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. The Grand Atlantic also features a well-equipped fitness center and complimentary wireless internet access.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo! I was worried that being on the 19th floor may be an inconvenience, but the elevators were fast, and coming and going wasn’t an issue at all. The only reason I didn’t give this condo a 5 star rating was because of some of the people in the surrounding areas. Fridays and Saturdays drew more of an interesting party crowd, where as during the week it was mostly families. If we visited the area again we would stay further north. BUT this condo had everything we needed! We did have an issue with the dryer turning off to cool down several times during a cycle. The maintenance crew did try to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved, at no fault of the owner! It was a minor inconvenience. Plenty of beach items were available, and saved us so much room by not having to pack them on our road trip! The parking garage is VERY tight. However, there was never an issue finding a spot on the second floor! We had lunch on the balcony every day! It was so nice not having to pack all our food for the beach. Loved the rocking chairs and seeing the pretty sunrises!The couch is also very comfortable! We visited with two teenagers and I wanted an area where we could all hang out at night, or on a rainy day!

Lovely condo - 3 great sized bedrooms with full bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer work well. View from the 19th floor can’t be beat. We used the balcony every day. Owners are very responsive.

Great property, hard mattresses.

This property is very tatsefully decorated. Condo was clean and convenient. Two downsides to our stay. 1, the outdoor pool was closed the week we were there. Very poor timing to work on the pool in the middle of June. The indoor pool was open but was very crowded. 2, the king size mattresses were very hard! My hips hurt all week. On Wednesday I discovered the the queen beds were much more comfortable, but at this point everyone was settled in their rooms. I loved the property, but would not pick this condo again, just because of the beds being too hard.

Beach getaway

Condo had typical level of clean you find in a vacation rental. The unit was nice and had a good layout. The location was beachfront. This was our first time in Myrtle, so we weren’t sure what area to stay. This is close to airport if that is important to you, but could not hear planes. The pool area (indoor and out) were under construction and we couldn’t use them which was disappointing.

Family Vacation

This condo is Absolutely Beautiful. We had 5 adults and my 1yr old Granddaughter, it accommodated all of us! You really do not need to bring anything, but food your clothes and a beach towel along with your swimsuit. Vince and Sharon are wonderful! Had a little issue with the microwave, I reached out and within minutes, even tho they were on vacation, Sharon got back to me and had it resolved! The only thing I would recommend is 2 small tables on the balcony in between the rockers to set your cups, which the balcony is huge! I would TRULY recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Vince and Sharon, we had a GREAT time!!!

Renovation Details

The unit was very good. Only one minor problem with a closet door. However, the pool renovation notification was not accurate. There were days that both indoor and outdoor were not available. Also it was never mentioned that the balcony rail supports were being ground down on every floor and every balcony in the entire building. It was very annoying to hear the constant noise radiating thru the building from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of our stay!!If I had been notified of this I would not have booked this property.

Very nice condo

Overall, it was very nice condo. My kids especially liked the lazy river and the kiddie pool. My five star rating is more like 4 and 3/4 a star and the only reason why I give that was due to the parking garage being too narrow which caused some headaches at times. Even with the parking headaches I would still come here again.
