HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Recovery Zone! This 2000 SF, direct oceanfront home, located 0.5 miles north of the Surfside Pier boasts gorgeous ocean views that can be enjoyed while dining, relaxing in the living area, or lounging on the furnished deck. Large open kitchen/dining/living area with brand new wood flooring. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV in the living area as well as in each bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. The oceanfront master suite features a king bed, a Jacuzzi tub, and unsurpassed views of the ocean. For added convenience, there is Wi-Fi throughout the home and cable television. Ample parking for five vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Location was great

The location was great and we loved the pool except is was colder than normal so we ended up having to pay 350.00 extra for heated… cleanliness was not great the air vents were very dirty/with dust on the ceiling around them. Did not have a lot of utensils needed the can opener didn’t work, no pot holders only one dish cloth. For the price it could use some upgrades especially when it comes to cleanliness. Overall we enjoyed the stay and loved being right on the beach and the pool. The beds weren’t comfortable so we cut our stay short by a day since it was cold and no one was sleeping.

Great location but needs TLC

The pool was great..the access to beach was great. We like surf side the best and we’ve been to various areas of Myrtle in the past. The house needs to be cleaned better. The carpets were stained along with the couches. Found cobwebs in various areas. I understand it’s the backend of the season but the place could use a bit of a facelift. Door handle broken in master bedroom, towel bar broken in there as well. Plus no instructions on how to lock the door. Would we choose this place again? Maybe. However we all enjoyed ourselves and some of the deficiencies were a little easy to overlook due to the location.

Overall, very satisfactory with a few exceptions

We stayed a week with our adult daughters, their spouses and our three-year-old granddaughter. The beds were comfortable and the pool and beach access were outstanding. On the whole, though, considering the price we paid, the carpet, furniture and especially the kitchen really need an update. Only two of four burners worked on the stove and the kitchen lacked essentials like a can opener. I know many people don’t cook on vacation but we do because I hate waiting for tables in overcrowded tourist traps. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters, knives, toilet paper and paper towels. Because of the location, I’d stay there again but I can’t give it 5 stars

Turning 60 world tour

Property was fantastic. It didn’t disappoint. We walked the beach every day and lounged in the pool most days. It was a great place to celebrate the 4 of us turning 60 this year! Close to all kinds of activities when we did decide to leave the house!

Fantastic!

This property was absolutely wonderful. My family of 6 stayed here and the listing and photos were right on. The house had everything we needed, the new pool was perfect, and being right on the beach was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect beach house!

This house is exactly what your see in the pictures! Our first thought upon entering was how clean it smelled. It was immaculate, even the kitchen, not always the case with beach houses. The location was perfect, easy access to the beach, close to a life guard stand. The views from the decks were great. I would stay at this house every beach trip if I could!

Lovely Beach Weekend

This is the perfect place for friends or family. The location is really close to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk (approx 20 minutes) if you want to go out for dinner or drinks, but honestly a big trip upfront to the grocery store is all you need. I do wish we had or knew about access to a grill, but we ended up having what we needed to make most meals and just enjoy the beach front access and great friends. We had 13 people and we used the pullout couch. It ended up working so that everyone could have a bed to sleep in. There is a service after you book your stay that allows you to rent boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes and more, and I highly recommend taking advantage of that. Overall we had a great stay, and we would love to come back.

Nice house, great location! Will stay again

Staff was very reponsive to issues we had with cable and housekeeping upon arrival. The AC never worked properly the entire stay - it was a cool, windy weekend so we were ok but at night it was warm and noisy. I reported it as we left. The house is nicely equipped. Deck on the beach is awesome as is the porch off of the master bedroom. Needs a pantry - no where to put our food and supplies. Some of the bedspreads need replaced but overall a great place
