"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "Beautiful place and good condition. Noise cancelling was not true, we could hear the hallway, the community room above us and the neighbours pretty loudly. Staff often didnt speak english or misunderstood us frequently, but they were all friendly. A lot of families were there with children, i imagined it as an adult oriented resort, but if you have kids, probably this is also a good place for you. "

"This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...

"It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. "

"Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby !
