"The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!"

"This is a recently remodelled hotel. Unfortunately, not all of the rooms are ready for occupancy, and the hotel management is renting the rooms knowing full well that problems exist. We were given a room with electrical problems. The microwave and refrigerator did not work. Two staff members came up to look into it, and tried to convince us that the refrigerator turned on when plugged in to a nearby outlet. I checked and the refrigerator still did not work. One of the staff members...

"breakfast was ok. best thing was the bagels. room was clean but could not get it cool enough. bed was nice. i love that they use Dove products in the bathroom, body wash, shampoo. no room service. i would stay again"

"We had two different times that we had the fire alarm go off and had to exit the hotel why we were there. Then we also had a couple times that people knocked on our door in the middle of the night."

"The hotel is close enough to downtown Greenville (about 15 minutes or so), which was a plus. The staff was friendly. However, the room was not quiet. We heard doors slamming and fast walking/running sounds overhead continually at night. The bathroom was also noticeably smelly."

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable. "

"I like the price, soft beds, and decent breakfast. There was some tear wear in the sheets and missed paintings but I didn't mind. It was great staff and worth going here!"

"Pool was closed no water. Food for breakfast was terrible even at 7 am when breakfast started. Shower was disgusting soap left in the tub soap scum all over tub had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves, tooth paste build up on mirror in bathroom used q tips on floor next to beds staff was rude and unprofessional. Over all terrible experience stains on sheets she's had marker all over them looked dirty."
