"The unit is lovely with all of the latest bells and whistles!The pullout sofa in the "4th bedroom" was not comfortable for 2 adults. It would probably be acceptable for children. We were on edge about having normal conversations between 4 couples after 10 pm due to the noise ordinance. If you cannot find clean towels and washcloths, check the dryer.Overall, for 1 night, it was acceptable, but having had other VRBO experiences in Greenville, for 200 per couple we have experienced more comfort and...

"A very well located, spacious, clean, and nicely decorated townhouse. A great place to see all that Greenville downtown area has to offer. Most everything within walking distance from top notch baseball just blocks away, to all sorts of restaurants and shops and a wonderful downtown park area.The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and all the kitchen amenities needed to come back and make a nice dinner or lunch if you decide to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great apartment that has everything you need. This was a very cozy place at the end of a very long driveway. It was secluded and quiet. You could get more birds and nature than anything else. Great place for one couple or one person. "

"We've stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This time we arrived to new blinds on the windows. After a hectic day of running around it was so nice to come back to the house and relax. We enjoyed walking with our dog out in the front yard and I enjoyed the tree swing. We will definitely be going back. Close to shopping and restaurants."

"We were in town for a wedding and this property was conveniently located near the venue. Very clean and comfortable! Neighborhood was quiet, the property has a nice screened in porch and patio which was a nice bonus!"

"Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away."
