"On the positive side, the neighborhood is quiet, and the street is pleasant and relatively attractive. The building in which this apartment is located is handsome and relatively well-kept, as far as we could see, except for a shattered window and broken window frame outside this unit's kitchen window. Communication with the owners by email and text is fairly easy, except I am still waiting for a promised refund for 2 nights out of our 3. I am considering requesting a refund for all 3 nights,...
