"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Der Zimmerschlüssel wurde im Safe am Eingang für mich hinterlegt, weil ich erst spät abends anreiste. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und war sehr freundlich. "Das Zimmer war super sauber und hatte alles Notwendige. Check-in unkompliziert. Personal an Rezeption o.k., der junge Mann beim Frühstück sehr engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war nämlich nicht ganz entspannt. Nicht genug Sitzplätze, ständig war irgendwas leer, warten auf Brötchen mehr als 15min., und dann nur Körnerbrötchen, Brot meistens leer, Obstsalat gab's nur am 1.Tag, dann nie wieder. Rohkost leer, konnte auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt werden. Und das lag NICHT am...

Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich "

"Don’t come here for any form of luxury. It’s all do it yourself with nobody around. In a rough area, on a main road & junction, hotel Best Western just down the road so try that first. The view of the Mosel doesn’t make up for the room, road noise, no air con, one up from a hostel!"
