"Excelent service, everything is new in the hotel, the rooms are really nice and the staff is the best, they welcome with a plate of fruit and a juice, they helped to everything some times they go with me te the bus tour pickups and when i leave to the airport they go to the taxi to check everything is ok. I have to said is one really nice place to stay in Hanoi, the only thing maybe could be better is the street because is really narrow and dark at night, but I never feel in danger or insecure....

"The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi. Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice. We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well. Internet was very fast. Thank you. "

"I highly recommend staying here, from the welcome email from Tommy the wonderful manager, to our 2 day stay in our large room. The junior suite facing the street has a great view. The lake is about 10 min walk and bunch of restaurants and coffee shops are easily in walking distance. "

"This hotel is in the old quarter with beer street, cafes, shops all around but is surprisingly quiet. We liked the deluxe room at the back but superior rooms are at the front and have a street ciew. The rooms ate very well equipped and have a good sized shower. Tommy gave us a wonderful welcome and there's delicious cinnamon tea and fruit available at reception all day. Tommy cares about his customers and will give you lots of help and advice. They even have umbrellas to borrow! "
