"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for the hospital I had an appointment at, walking distance. The attached restaurant was an absolute bonus and a great place to eat. Room was very clean and spacious. The only negative I would say is the hall/mirror area of the room didn’t have lights so it was very dim if that is important to anyone. I will definitely come back to this hotel. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My hot water was out and they were at my room 10minutes and had it fixed. Their breakfast is awesome best selection of cooked food and make your own waffles. I wish the TV had a channel guide other wise I will stay there again when I'm in orlando"

"Truly a hidden oasis, you would not no it’s there, I loved that it had a lanai and was smoker friendly, it was very well decorated, it was a whole vibe. Def will be returning."

" Hotels is very convenient, good location, just next to the mall, but the hotel room is too dark, not enough lights, room is big and washroom is clean, only one thing is too dark in the room"

"We live staying at this location when we have a concert and event at the Kia center. Everyone is accommodating and wonderful during each visit! We checked in with Desiree, and she made the process super quick and easy. "

"Everything was first class and excellent. I only have one negative thing to say. The WiFi was lousy. We were attempting to broadcast a livestream after the trial we covered and the WiFi was terrible. Other than that, everything else was great."
