"The hotel itself is great, the location if you get a canal street facing room was really difficult to enjoy. The staff and room were great, the AC was a little wonky and the tv but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with easily. Bring ear plugs and maybe an eye mask if you want good sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault that Canal street is nothing but loud engines, police, and fire sirens all night but it does make me hesitate to stay here again UNLESS I was assured a room off the back of hotel. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean. Pool is very small, like the size of a hot tub. No maid service unless your there 10 days and you have to take your own trash down the hall to a trash bin. I guess you have to pay if you want service before then or extra towel but there were plenty in the room. Didn't know it was a time share place and we had to wait a half hour to get our keys to meet with someone to talk about setting up a 90 minute presentation. We refused and she...

"The trip was awesome. I did have an when I was checking out where the hotel was trying to charge me for a water that I did not take. I liked the hotel and have stayed there with family years ago. Be sure the hotel does not overcharge people especially for parking."
