"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."

"Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...

"The room itself was fine. I didn't stay long enough to know much else about the property. I booked 2 nights but I left within a few hours of checking in the first day, because they were playing the Knicks game on the screens outside and inside the lobby, which attracted lots of public viewers and loiterers. It was chaos and it resulted in vandalism to the property. I had to leave because it didn't feel safe to be there."

"Even by standards of big city European hotels, our room was very small. And the lighting was terrible--two very weak "reading" lights above the bed and a desk lamp, but no overhead or floor lamp lighting. The location was convenient and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful."
