"Spotlessly clean and air conditioning was superb!! And we were especially grateful as the uk was experiencing a heatwave! Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice on offer. Excellent value for money. The tea and coffee free to guests at reception was such a nice touch."

Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel
"Having paid for a reservation several months ago for two nights 24-26th June when I checked in I was told there was no room available. The receptionist claimed there was an IT issue but the hotel was very busy so clearly other people had been checked in. The apology was absolutely minimal, no compensation ..."
