"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"We had a excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was a joy. Our room was spotless and breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all major sites. I recommend this hotel for the excellent customer service, everyone went out of their way to make sure he had a comfortable stay."

"Booked for a short one night stay, only a short walk to the tram stop which is then a 5 minute ride to the airport and 15-20 minutes to the city centre. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful upon check in. Room was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need, bed linen was crisp and towels fluffy, complementary bottled water, shampoo, soap and shower gel. Bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was great. Did not have breakfast so can not comment. Overall just...

"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "This hotel was amazing from start to finish. Friendly and approachable staff, we ended up here by mistake through another hotel booking. Would highly recommend, and in a great location 10 mins away from central Florance. "
