NOS GUSTO : LOS RESTAURANTS, LA LIMPIEZA Y LA UBICACION
LO QUE NO NOS GUSTO:
DE INICIO FUI MUY BIEN ATENDIDA , PERO AL VER LA HABITACION , REGRESE
Y NO NOS GUSTO EL TRATO DE UN MANAGER AL SOLICITAR UNA HABITACION CERCA DEL ELEVADOR, LE DIJE QUE MI INGLES ERA MUY POBRE , QUE NECESITABA UNA PERSONA EN ESPAÑOL PARA EXPLICARLE
AUN ASI ME SOLICITO -EXIJIO EXPRESARME EN INGLES PARA PODERME APOYAR , LA FORMA EN QUE LO HIZO FUE MUY BURDA .
EL HOTEL DICE QUE DENTRO DE LOS IDIOMAS QUE MANEJA ESTA EL ESPAÑOL ,
MAS TARDE EXPRESE MI INCONFORMIDAD Y FUI MUY BIEN ATENDIDA POR EL PERSONAL NOCTURNO, SE DISCULPO Y NOS REGALO UNA CORTESIA PARA RETAURANT .
