Hotel viejo , alfombras muy viejas , al entrar al hotel tiene olor , habitaciones cómodas pero en general todo viejo

El hotel se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, es bonito desde la entrada, hasta los pasillos! Y la habitacion es de lo mas linda. Tal ves una cajonera sería de ayuda.

Debut y despedida…
Publicado el 15 jun. 2024 en HotelsCheck in muy práctico y amables sobre todo JC y su compañero , las instalaciones por donde se encuentran ubicados son ruidosas hay mucho movimiento de tráfico,la habitación es cómoda para 1 sola noche en verdad, por la mañana hay “café” debido a que faltaban 5 minutos para las 9 y ya lo habían retirado sin excusa, y el personal de front desk muy descortés, poco atentos fingieron no hablaban español, después si lo hablaban y además poco respetuosos ambos , el estacionamiento extremadamente Alto el cobro 47us y no te saben decir el porqué , no entiendo aún los hoteles del Koreatown pero nunca más …

We are delighted to know that they contributed positively to your experience. We are, however, very sorry to hear about the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We strive to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant experience, and it seems we fell short in some areas during your visit. As we are a historic landmark, the architecture of the building does let in more noise than in modern buildings, for this we truly apologize that it did not meet your expectations. The language barrier and the perceived lack of respect are unacceptable, and we will address these issues directly with the team to prevent any future occurrences. Regarding the parking charges, we understand that the cost was higher than expected. Parking rates in Koreatown can be quite high due to the demand and location, but we will work on providing clearer information about these charges at the time of booking and check-in. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments to ensure that we address these issues promptly. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to provide a better experience and demonstrate our commitment to excellent service.Thank you again for your feedback.
