No “Fowl Play” at this beautiful Duck oceanside house with a Private Pool, Hot Tub, and allows dogs! It even has an ELEVATOR. Stunning appointments include hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and tasteful décor. All six bedrooms have their own master bath and an Smart TV for your own private oasis when you need some quiet time. But if you like to play, this is the house for you! The outside living space around the pool includes ample decking around the pool for plenty of space to hang out and get some sun. Make sure to come in the fall and spring too, because the pool can be heated if you like. The ELEVATOR gives easy access to all floors for any family member and makes unloading and loading up so much easier.

Games galore should be the name here! Inside there is a full-size pool table with a large wet bar for the whole gang, horseshoes, and basketball goal. “Fowl Play” is located right in the middle of Duck Village in Saltaire, for easy walking to the village for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, vegetable stand, and fish market. This is a great place to walk the dog and see the sights. Or, for the more active set, you can take the multi-use path and walk or bike for miles along the northern Outer Banks down through Southern Shores and up through Pine Island and beyond.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
