Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. "Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, lovely decor. Little touches that made it all that more cozy and welcoming. Decorative wallpaper, throw blanket and pillows that matches the room decor. Just lovely. Bed wasn’t super hard which I loved. Book beds are usually miserably hard and this was nicer would have loved memory foam even more, but they did have one in a room it was just booked. Lovely hosts. Alyx was great, as was Derrick, Gary and everyone at the hotel. Would def return! "

Conveniently located,with Pitlochry centre Only a 10 minute walk. We were skiing at Glenshee during our stay which was a 50 minute drive away. "
