Welcome to you perfect Outer Banks retreat! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3..5 bath home is ideal for families and friends looking for a quiet, peaceful escape in the Outer Banks. Wind'n Sea is designed to offer comfort, tranquility, and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Step inside and you will be greeted by an open layout filled with natural light from the glass doors that open to the bay-facing covered decks. The home boasts a spacious living area perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the three-story layout for individual privacy and space. As part of open-concept living, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your family meals as well as a fully-stocked coffee bar with your choice of coffee maker. The kitchen table comfortably seats eight.

As you step outside, you'll be greeted by unobstructed views and access to both the sound and miles of multi-use path perfect for riding one of the four bikes we have for you or walking with your family or dog. Enjoy launching one of the two kayaks we have for you directly across the street or using the inflatable paddleboard. In the evening, enjoy building a fire in the fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows on chillier evening. Wind'n Sea is the perfect balance of peace and vacation activities, just minutes away from the heart of the Outer Banks. Two miles to the south and you are in the one of the island's most popular areas for all your shopping, dining, and late-night destinations.

This home was perfect for our annual getaway for six good friends. Beds and rooms were very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed, including a fenced back yard for our dog and a firepit for late night adult beverages and marshmallow roasting. The host was very responsive and extremely hospitable, even welcoming us by leaving cookies from a local bakery and offering us some extras that were very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for a long vacation or a quick weekend getaway to OBX!

We had the best time and we will definitely be back! The cottage is perfect for multi-generations and the beds are all very comfortable. The host made us feel very welcome with a nice note and sweet treats from the local bakery. We loved the water views and the kayaks are great for exploring. Nothing negative to say, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the awesome memories!

Fantastic stay, great location

I stayed here with my entire family, 10 people in all including 3 kids. The property was fantastic for us, allowing ample space for us to spread out. And the views were absolutely fantastic from the balcony.

Love this place

The location is ideal if you like the sound side and multi-use path. The house is in great shape with all the amenities you can want. The owners are awesome. We continue to come back here twice a year!

Christmas Holiday

We chose this property for its size and location to our son, daughter-in-law and brand new Baby. It was perfect. We hosted many family dinners. Having 3 bathrooms and a half bath on main floor worked out well for our group of 10. We would definitely recommend this property.Not to mention great sunsets overlooking the sound from the decks.
