Para el check in llegamos a las 2 pm como decía Expidia y en el hotel nos dijeron a las 4 pm Ed decir tuvimos que esperar 2 horas luego de un viaje largo ( terrible

We strive to make each of our guests feel as happy and at home as we all do here at the Marker Resort.
I am sorry to read that your arrival experience did not go as expected. Our hotel check in time is 4pm daily. Our Guest Service and Housekeeping Team made every effort to accomodate you as early as possible. We regret not being able to offer you a room at 2pm as the room was being prepared and sterlized for your arrival.

Publicado el 28 feb. 2021 en HotelsDesde que llegamos tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, las tres personas que fueron a la habitación tenían 0 deseos de ayudar ! No tuvimos aire después de haber pagado $693 por noche! Esto es un robo! No lo recomiendo jamás! Pésimos

The resort was beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything was in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved The Marker Key West! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was gorgeous and it was conveniently located. Very walkable to everything in downtown Key West. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the best Birthday Vacation!
