Publicado el 17 nov. 2015Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y con gran atención del personal. Baño y habitación con buena limpieza. El único detalle es que son habitaciones pequeñas, al menos en la planta abajo de recepción. Sin embargo las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas , para descansar si tu opción es de unos 3 días.

Lugar: Buena ubicación a dos cuadras de una estación de metro, zona tranquila y segura.
Estuvimos un par de noches mi esposo y yo, el trato fue muy cordial, la habitación era amplia y limpia.

Publicado el 22 jun. 2011 en HotelsHabitacion pequeña y baño microscopico, no internet si no pagas libra 15min, recepcion no hablan idiomas y tras reservar habitacion de fumador cosa que queda bien clara en la reserva en este hotel no hay habitaciones de este tipo encima el personal de recepcion se mostro prepotente, 4 estrellas y ni nevera en la habitacion y por supuesto ningun canal televisivo en español

Publicado el 6 jul. 2009 en RatesToGoreservamos dos habitaciones una doble y la otra triple , nos sorprendio gratamente la dimension de esta habitacion. hotel recomendable para familias, las habitaciones de buen tamaños con camas amplias y baños aunque pequeños limpios y con buena ducha. la limpieza correcta, a mejorar por el hotel es la total falta de interes por el idioma castellano a pesar de los muchos clientes , la zona ideal

This was booked in advance and upgraded and paid extra for an executive twin to have more space. My friend was traveling with us with her daughter and did the same reservation.
When we arrived we were exhausted from a long US flight and transfer and shown to our rooms. My friend had a room with a sitting area and couch that reclines to sofa, I had twin beds and barely space to move around the beds
When I addressed this with staff they tried to tell me my room was the executive twin, despite descriptions of the room not matching what our reservation stating AND my friend's room clearly having what we paid for. If I didn’t have her room comparison as reference I feel like the staff would have tired to convince me my room was the one I paid for
I called to speak with a manager and when I finally connected I really had to push for the right room for which I had paid and reserved. Eventually they relented they would give me the correct room but not until the next day.
Salome was very helpful, she called to check in with me. I talked about the situation, verifying the error. She was apologetic, could not move us until the next day since they had full occupancy and she offered us complimentary continental breakfast for our complete stay.
I did request some form of compensating for being placed in a standard room when I had paid for an upgrade. I am still waiting. My stay was June 7-11.

Great location, very short distance to tube station, very friendly staff.

Location was excellent for the Royal Albert Hall. Near plenty of places to eat and drink.
