Very Not good
Publicado el 13 sept. 2014 en Hotels밖은 저녁 늦게까지 시끄럽고, 청결하지 않으며, 친절하지도 않고, 룸써비스 할만한 것도 없고, 냄새나고, 특히 방안에 도마뱀이 있음. 깜짝놀람. 이불은 눅눅하고, 티브는 고장나있음. 전세계 여러나라를 여행가지만 이런곳은 처음이고 가격대비라고 하더라도 너무 좋지 않음. 비추

Purely functional hotel

Pros: The staff was decent and well behaved.
It had unlimited wi fi.
Contras: The general cleanliness, the maintenance of rooms, the food quality.
Lugar: The hotel is located in swarup nagar which has a very nice shopping centre and a lot of very good eating joints for an evening out. It is safe.
It takes about 30 minutes to drive down from the station though the hotel does provide a pick up at the station. The AC reqd resetting , a power point had to be repaired and the roof was leaking with drops falling onto the bed in a particular place after a heavy downpour.
The breakfast had very little choice.
The food was average.
For the price charged it was definitely a let down in a city like Kanpur.
The staff were decent and well behaved.

Room service staff arrogant,unprofessional

Pros: The person at the reception was friendly.
Contras: Staff should be trained on how to handle guests.
Room service staff was very unfriendly, arrogant and unprofessional.
He got a wet bed sheet for me, when asked for another bed sheet he replied "This is what i have got, All the bed sheets are wet. Choose the one which you like".
When I asked room service to come after some time to make my room ,he said 'get it done now because we might not be available after some time'.
Hotel was not worth the price I paid for it
