Bad Experience
Publicado el 2 may. 2023 en HotelsThis hotel is inside airport, i had a horrible experience.. the hotel smell to fish, don't exist lobby or reception only messages and is very complicated contact to owner.. he told me that move my luggage of my room to locker .. and i was very worried and i could contact him.. i don’t recommend this place

You did not check in at the agreed upon time and left your luggage in the room without contact. I need to confirm whether this is yours or the guest who stayed the night before. You can't be contacted, and if it belongs to another guest, I'm responsible for keeping it. It says check-in after 14:00. Why did you leave your luggage at someone else's accommodation time? is this my fault? If we can't reach you, of course you should keep your luggage in the locker. However, I contacted here and there without contacting you, and after expecting it to be yours, I just left it in the room. What's the matter?It's a problem to write malicious comments just because you're in a bad mood.

The good
1. Great location and accessible to Airport...
2. Good for an overnight connection or quick stay.
3. Great communication with staff and security codes.
4. Good price
Not so good.
1. Room was warm evev with AC on.
2. Freezer needed defrost really bad
3. Bathroom floods when showering and in need of serious upgrade. Really outdated and unclean appearance.

PRO: Super close to ICN, free shuttle available to/from the airport, room is spacious, quiet & clean; strong wifi, very helpful hotel contact (no check-in/service counter), has fridge/microwave in the rm, lots of fans in the rm, rm has a washer, toiletries available in the rm, lots of towels, convenience store/restos in the 1st floor.
CON: Lodging is a semi-hotel/apartment-type, rm can get hot & AC are not adjustable, water tends to spill out of the shower when showering, bathroom is kind of small for 5 guests, beds are the hard-type which is not comfy for a soft-bodied American like me.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for those who wants to stay close to the airport short or long term.
