Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). You couldn't ask for nicer staff who will do anything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. "

"for usa clients rooms are too small 2 bags cannot fit , w have to buy upgrade rooms it was with the kitchen and paid extra 130 usd per day end up paying 400 plus per day , then we had enough room to put 2 bags room is good for are traveling with bag pack , prices was not justify the room close to train and tram restaurant are close by but restaurant are every where in london"

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "
