"Myself, other coaches and judges stayed here while attending a local gymnastics competition. At first all seemed ok until there was a bug found in our room- staff was great and I was switched to another room and of course I very thoroughly checked to make sure no bugs and so I got to see that the new room while it looked clean on first appearances, wasn’t really. "Breakfast could be better they used to have a waffle maker and the coffee wasn't good but the rest was ok sheets didn't fit the bed but room was clean staff were nice and helpful "

"Did not see many of the things in the hotels description. We had no microwave in the room. Didn't find the work-out room, or laundry. The continental breakfast was very plain, nothing extra. And no restaurant. "

"The staff were super nice, but the room and furnishing were quite dated. It reminded me of a cheap motel I once stayed at by accident. The breakfast area and landscaping were cute. That’s why that breakfast area is highlighted in their photos, I guess. "

"I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. "

"We stay in Poughkeepsie 5 to 10 times a year and I believe this will be our new go to. While the other hotel we stay at is lovely, we enjoyed the Hyatt a little bit better. Thank you for having us."
