No hot water in first room, switched to second room where the water would not turn on without excessive force. Management was less than helpful. Unacceptable for a high end hotel.

Great location near riverside park, lots of restaurants all close and walkable. Staff was friendly.

Perfect location to the riverwalk, the La Crosse center, and downtown bars. Loved the “gated” parking. Need a code to exit the hotel’s parking lot.
Great “late night” security entrance. Need your key card to enter the hotel & then the front desks confirms your room number and your name, before entering.
King size beds do not face the river.
The hotel walls are very thin. We did not sleep well. Surrounding hotel room visitors were loud.
It would have been nice for the attached restaurant to remain open until 2 a.m., especially for a weekend event.
Would I stay again? Only if the Holiday Inn offered lesser rates and there was an event at the LAX center.
