The most frustrating thing was asking for a 4:30am airport shuttle only to find out the next morning I was not on the list. Also, I told the staff I needed to be at the airport before 5am, I was assured it was a 10-min drive, but we ended up going to another hotel for a 2nd pickup and waiting there for 20 minutes causing me to arrive much later at the airport than I anticipated. No one wants...

"My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall."

My only complaint was that we went down to the first floor and there was a breakfast buffet, but no information that it was not included in the price of the room. But when we booked Expedia showed that allowed cats and dogs and this Windgate is Steubenville OH did take cats in Dec 2025 when we stayed there. but I called the day prior to our reservation, and they said they did not take cats since things have changed. "The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed."
