"Loved the location directly opposite Livermead beach. Beautifully presented hotel. Enjoyed sipping drinks at the roof top terrace watching the sunset. Delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed, made for a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend to others looking to visit Torbay and the English Riveria."

"No lift to rooms, only a mature female was available, she offered to take luggage. No fridge in the room and no iron in the room. Had to carry iron and ironing board from reception to the bedroom. Not a great choice for vegetarians."

"Staff and overall hotel was spotless. Staff very helpful. The only issue we had was the no guarantee of a table by the restaurant. I think that could be presented better. Overall a lovely location to "chill out"."

"What a beautiful day this was. The views from the Inn are stunning. I was welcomed by Kevin (the owner) on arrival. I enjoyed a fabulous home-cooked styled curry for dinner (a must have if you are there for curry night). The rooms are clean and nicely set up. Both Kevin and Suzanne are superb hosts. Looking for a great place to stay this is it. I look forward to my return."

"Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. "Breakfast good choice, poached eggs overdone and staff cheerful. Paper thin walls mean you hear every small noise so not great. Lovely grounds to walk in and the nearby Rock Inn pub well worth a visit."

"If a town has a Moxy then that's where I will stay. They are so cool and like all of them, this one has a lovely big bar and seating area in the foyer. The rooms are great and everything works. And the staff all seem to love their work and are helpful and friendly. Top class."
