"this ryokan was absolutely beautiful. they were so incredibly helpful and kind. they spoke english, japanese, and they even offered a private driver to the nearest bus stop/ train station. there was free candies for us to try at night, and they had a full fridge stocked with various sodas and drinks. ..."

"A beautiful hotel. A heritage building with a great garden. A stylish bar and great views from the breakfast room, A very stylish onsen. Lovely staff. However, though the swimming pool is beautiful, it's not actually deep enough for a proper swim."
