"We were a party of three adults staying two nights so that we had an easy journey over the weekend to get to the Steam Rally at nearby Woodchurch. Excellent base as views from the room were great, the balcony just right to sit and watch the sunset, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative comment being the restaurant tables, which had a very sticky feel to them. The waitresses wiped them down thoroughly but it seems this affected the surface of the tables! However the food was excellent...

"Típico inn ingles en pintoresco pueblo de la campiña. Pueblo muy cuidado ,a la llegada nos dieron un mapa con un pequeño recorrido por los rincones más bellos del pueblo. Sin estar directamente en el mar es un pueblo netamente pesquero. Tiene una gran variedad de restaurantes de todo tipo y cocina. El hotel es precioso desde fuera y por dentro posee un pequeño pub donde se desayuna. La decoración es muy buena. Parte de las habitaciones se ubican en un edificio anexo comunicado con el principal...

"Wonderful welcome for us and our Golden Retriever, lovely room and glorious food and service. we LOVE coming to this cosy but classy hotel, not to mention the added bonus of the pool, sauna and hot tub! We will be back next year!"

"The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. "

"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"
