"Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of drinks but unfortunately food was a bit underwhelming. Rooms were nice and well kept but the shower base was a bit slippy. Nice selection of complimentary items were provided and supplemented on a daily basis. All in all a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to re-book there in the future."

"I recently had a wonderful stay at Athol Park Guest House, and I wanted to share my experience: 1. The location is fantastic, situated in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. 3. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection of choices. 4.My single room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. "Great location. Great staff. Very good breakfast. Room size is typical of hotels of its era - small but comfortable. There is no lift but staff will readily help to carry luggage up the stairs to your room."

"We stayed four nights and really enjoyed it, the staff were kind and attentive, and went out of their way to help imperious ways. I wouldn’t say the breakfasts were as magnificent as some people have implied, it’s a pretty limited menu and if you go off the menu, things aren’t always great, but the coffee machine was fabulous."

"Excellent location near shops, eating places and attractions. The Atrium was unique and it was wonderful having a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Superb breakfast and would Bonzai, the restaurant attached to the botel."

"Perfect access to TT Grandstands and Fan Village. Straight walk up the hill with a few restaurants along the way. Dora (propretior) was very attentive and accommodating. Thanks"

"Lovely hotel. My room was very homely and comfortable. I was on the top floor so had a view of the sea, which was only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. "

"Central location, close to bus stops, Cindy the host was lovely and our stay lived up to all the previous reviews we read. Lovely clean room, nice bed, quiet street, had our own kitchenette and living room and bathroom, it was pretty much like renting a whole apartment but cheaper! We felt like we had moved house and it was our own apartment! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! "

"Staff was great, very accommodating to requests. The included breakfast was incredible. Bar staff was a true pleasure! Highly recommend. We stayed in the Roslyn building which is a block off Promenade, so close but not noisy."
