Para el check in llegamos a las 2 pm como decía Expidia y en el hotel nos dijeron a las 4 pm Ed decir tuvimos que esperar 2 horas luego de un viaje largo ( terrible

I am sorry to read that your arrival experience did not go as expected. Our hotel check in time is 4pm daily. Our Guest Service and Housekeeping Team made every effort to accomodate you as early as possible. We regret not being able to offer you a room at 2pm as the room was being prepared and sterlized for your arrival.
