"I stay at this hotel often. Expedia has a great breakfast Boucher in the amount of $56. The restaurant downstairs says that is open from 7 AM to 11 AM for breakfast. This past weekend I went downstairs at 7:30 the person at the restaurant entrance said the chef has not arrived that he is late and that will call my room when he arrives. This is now the third time that this has happened where the chef is not there at 7 AM. The food is excellent. "

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"I liked their breakfast options noting it's only continental, but it was fresh and there was plenty of food. My room was fine but the bathroom had a defected toilet and the staff didn't help with finding me a proper room or fix the toilet seat which wasn't compatible with the toilet size. The staff was a bit slow but the hitel location is perfect and near all interesting destinations and airport. Yet they requested security deposit $250 when I was checking in which was not refunded till now and...

"The staff are very helpful, nice & friendly. The breakfast is good they have muffins bagels waffles fruit yogurt and cereal daily but they also have eggs sandwiches with cheese and a meat (bacon, sausage or ham)the meats meats rotate daily. The rooms are very nice and clean."

"Clean, rooms were thoughtfully laid out, housekeeping staff were cool! Breakfast was quite good. You can take breakfast to your room for health reasons which make no sense to me since you can buy food and cook in your suite."

"The traffic noise was too high at the four floor in room 431, and it's throughout the day because of the hotel closeness to highway. The windows need to be soundproofed. Other than this, it was great."
