"The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was."

Flooring separated in several places in kitchen, door knobs not fully attached, some bad spots on the deck,the kitchen is poorly stocked when it comes to cookware. Paper towels are not provided which is strange. The beds are very firm"
