"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"Great stay the room was great, staff was friendly and helpful, but their pool was not operational which was a huge disappointment for my 10 and 12 year old. If your booking a stay and have plans to use the pool I would call ahead and check on its status."

"Nice hotel with excellent location few minutes from Lynwood Line station where you can ride it so easy to downtown or any other area you want in Seattle. Rooms are clean with good amenities in bathroom but looks like furniture and linen need to be changed into new ones. Breakfast was good containing all the main elements with good amount with nice juices and coffee and a good seating area. Staff were helpful in navigating area information and in answering any questions."

"Very nice. But no airport shuttle or Park and Fly rates. Also, it is not walkable to the airport. You can drive and park in airport lot in about 6 minutes. Everything was great. Good food, nice pool and spa. Clean room and friendly staff."

"Breakfast was fine. Basic but good. What helped us most was how close it was to transit. About a 10 minute walk (we were going to T-Mobile Park) and transit was an easy walk for us and very reasonably priced. We saw no reason to drive downtown. Room was fine so were pleased with our overall experience."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

Also weed smoke... pounding on doors..... people. . security... other room peeps.. making noise, stating who's in room... it was very weird.. kept me awake alot... had restless sleep. Bed was ok. But outside noise was very disturbing..weird area..."
