"It required a lot of steps to access the front desk and the breakfast area. While the outside ramp was useful for the front desk, it was no help with the breakfast area. (My wife has a bad hip and needs a cane.) The location was excellent and Grassmarket Park was lovely."

"Our room was quiet, clean, and had lovely shampoo, conditioner, bath & body wash, and skin cream in the room. It was convenient to walk to Waverley station, the tram and bus stops, New Town, and Old Town. The staff was so helpful and kind to keep our luggage before check in and following check out. ..."

"The restaurant on site was very good. Food was delicious. Not happy with room. one of the beds comforters was stained. It was reported to desk on check out. the other bed that was used with cover ended up with bed bug bites. Not very happy with stay we were only there one night."

"Do not recommend. Very disappointed in the room. Loud, wall shaking, club music until 3 am (which was greatttt for a 6am flight), cold water tap didn’t work in the bathroom, zero water pressure in the shower, a balcony with ZERO view (even though the website shows a great one), and all of that for ..."
