"We loved the view of the ocean! Staff needs to listen to the customers and not repeat themselves as much as they did about smoking on the property! And the cologne smell in the hotel was very strong and a little too much! Other than that rooms were spacious and clean and it was a great place to stay!! I would definitely recommend going to it and staying again for sure!!"

"Not what it used to be a few years ago when we had a great long weekend. The guest they allow here trash the outside and is not being maintained. They shouldn’t be pet friendly. The outside stank of dog poop which you could see! And the 1st flr hallway smelled of wet dog mixed with cigarets. Also, someone left their dog by itself in the hallway one night. From the inside of the room you can hear EVERYTHING! Same thing from outside the room. This is what ruined our stay."

"The rooms are clean enough, clearly well-maintained and some are new. Beds were clean and fresh, as was bedding. The problem here wasn't labor or care. The bedding and bed were both poor quality. When other reviews say the walls were thin, listen. You could hear the televisions of other guests on different floors. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If a hotel has one job above every other job, it's giving you a place to sleep. This one failed there."

"Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return."

"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. We only got out of the building cause I awoke to the smell of...
