"We loved this quaint studio. It was spacious for the 2 of us with multiple places to sit, a fabulous kitchenette with everything we needed. The knife set was fabulous and included a knife sharpener. Very important!!! The bathroom was beautiful and Will did a wonderful job with all the tile! Comfortable bed and multiple pillows for any preference. The 4 stars for location/neighborhood were for distance from downtown, but for the price we paid, we expected that. There was also a loud party one of...

"This stay was great. The upstairs room was a hit with my group. It's an easy 15 minute car ride to downtown, traffic allowing. Great area just south of Boston, would stay again!"

"Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. Parking overnight during the week requires parking a few blocks away on a street that allows non-residents to park overnight. The T was handy and so was the Dunkin' next to the T station. Really lovely apartment full of thoughtful touches like a welcome basket for our dog and a Keurig and K cups. Plus the hand soap in the bathroom smelled amazing. Bed was comfy and window...

"Jenny was a fantastic host! Communication with her was great and she was quick to respond. Jenny's condo was very neat and tidy. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Savin Hill MBTA train station. "

"Sparkling clean beautiful apartment! I was very comfortable and appreciated the high end furnishings and amenities. The splits cooled the apartment down quite quickly after a hot day away. It was very quiet. A quick walk to a nearby lovely shopping center and fast uber to my daughter’s college dorm. Communication with the owner was very prompt and positive. I would stay again on my next visit to Boston!"

"This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-day stay with six adults. The restored wood floors are stunning and run throughout the home. It was extremely clean and welcoming, and the gas station next door made fueling up our rental car super easy! There is a bus stop right in front, but we chose to drive rather than take the bus. The house is in a safe neighborhood about half an hour from the touristy part of Boston. We really only slept and showered there since we were out enjoying wonderful...

"The house looked exactly as advertised. The house and beds were clean, cozy and comfortable. We cooked some meals at home and found everything, including a spice rack, we needed except a pan for oven use. The bathroom had a huge, (I'm jealous) closet with towels, first aid kit, soap and accessories you might need. The parking area was perfect. We drove our car into Boston. The train was a bit of a walk and to take the bus and then train for the 3 of us, it wasn't much more to drive. I looked...

"Amazing place - we had 12 people. This place has it all - a great layout, plenty of rooms, and ample open space that never felt cramped. The street always had parking for the extra vehicles. Location is decent enough and found that most places were within a reasonable drive time (Boston roads are a nightmare though). The location is quiet at night. Host was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend for larger groups (or even smaller ones that just want more rooms). "
